Managing custom domains
Once you’ve connected domains to your projects, the Custom domains page in Settings gives you a single view of all of them.
The custom domains dashboard
Section titled “The custom domains dashboard”Open it from Settings → Custom domains (or the account menu). It lists every domain across your projects, with counts for total domains, how many have SSL active, how many are still issuing, and how many need attention. Each domain shows its SSL status, whether it’s currently healthy, when its certificate renews, and a link to open the site.
This page is read-only — you connect or remove a domain from within its own project. See Connect a custom domain.
SSL status
Section titled “SSL status”A connected domain moves from Pending DNS to Issuing SSL to SSL active, and its certificate renews automatically. If you see an SSL error, it’s usually a DNS problem — re-check the domain in its project. See Connect a custom domain for the verify flow.
Paused domains
Section titled “Paused domains”When you downgrade your plan or cancel your subscription, your custom-domain allowance goes down. Any domains above the new limit are paused — they go offline, but nothing is deleted straight away. Paused domains appear with a countdown on both the Custom domains page and the Billing page: you have 30 days to restore the ones you want to keep before they’re removed for good.
To restore a paused domain, select Restore. Restoring only works if you have room under your limit, so if you’re at the cap, first upgrade your plan or add an extra domain.
Getting more domains
Section titled “Getting more domains”Your plan includes a set number of custom domains. On a paid plan you can connect more by adding extra domains — each one adds a slot on top of your plan’s limit. You’re offered this when you reach your limit while connecting a domain, and you can manage it from the Billing page, where you’ll also find how many domains your plan includes.
