Plans and billing
The Billing page is where you pick a plan and manage your subscription. Open it from Billing in the dashboard sidebar.
Choose a plan
Section titled “Choose a plan”livemy.app has three self-serve plans — Free, Maker, and Pro — shown as cards. Your current plan is marked Current. Each card lists that plan’s headline capabilities so you can see what stepping up unlocks.
A larger Enterprise plan is arranged directly with our team rather than bought online — contact support if you need it.
Monthly or yearly
Section titled “Monthly or yearly”Use the Monthly / Yearly switch above the plans to choose your billing cycle. Yearly billing costs less than paying month to month; the switch shows how much a year saves before you commit.
Compare what’s included
Section titled “Compare what’s included”Below the cards, a comparison table lays every plan side by side — projects, custom domains, AI assists, developer access, and the rest — so you can match a plan to what you need. Because these numbers can change, the table on the page is always the source of truth.
Upgrade or switch plans
Section titled “Upgrade or switch plans”-
Pick the billing cycle you want (monthly or yearly).
-
On the plan you want, select Switch to plan.
-
Finish payment:
- If you don’t have a paid subscription yet, you’re taken to a secure Stripe checkout page to enter your details.
- If you’re already on a paid plan, you’re taken to the Stripe billing portal to confirm the change.
-
Come back to the dashboard. Your new plan activates automatically — a confirmation appears once it’s active, and the new limits apply right away.
Manage your subscription
Section titled “Manage your subscription”On a paid plan, the Manage subscription link opens the Stripe billing portal. From there you can:
- update your payment method,
- view and download invoices,
- switch to a different plan, and
- cancel your subscription at any time.
Add-ons and AI assists
Section titled “Add-ons and AI assists”The Billing page also has:
- an Add-ons section for buying extra capacity on top of your plan — see Add-ons, and
- an AI Assists panel showing your assistant balance — see Using AI Assist.
If a subscription change left some custom domains over your plan’s limit, a notice about paused domains also shows here — see Managing custom domains.
Bonuses
Section titled “Bonuses”If your account has received any bonuses — such as extra AI assists — they appear in a Bonuses section on this page.
Related
Section titled “Related”- Add-ons — buy extra projects and domains.
- Account settings — your profile and preferences.
- Using AI Assist — how assistant credits work.
